Do I need an appointment? No — walk in any time during clinic hours, Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM–2:00 PM & 5:00–10:00 PM, or Sunday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

What conditions are treated in a general consultation? Fever, viral and bacterial infections, cold and sore throat, headaches, stomach pain, diarrhoea, urinary tract infections, skin rashes, and general fatigue are among the conditions treated.

Will I need lab tests? Not always. Most acute conditions are diagnosed through examination and history alone; further tests are requested only when needed.
